Unlike with traditional housing, our residents don’t have to worry about signing a joint housing contract or waiting for their roommates to submit monthly payments. Instead, we offer individual housing contracts for all of our floor plans, so parents can rest easy knowing their students won’t be held responsible for their roommates' installment payments.
Students and parents can forget about stuffing their cars or trucks with heavy furniture. These Fayetteville apartments come move-in ready with modern furniture packages featuring all the creature comforts students need to live comfortably, at no additional cost.
