Home, Sweet Home
Here at The Academy At Frisco, we understand it’s not always easy for parents to see their children move away from home for college. Moving into a new environment can be intimidating and burdensome without the right resources. To make this transition easier for both parents and their students, we have designed our community with enough features and amenities for students to live comfortably and safely. Here are some of the reasons why Razorback parents prefer our student apartments near U of A for their college students. Contact us today to schedule a property tour!
Unlike with traditional housing, our residents don’t have to worry about signing a joint housing contract or waiting for their roommates to submit monthly payments. Instead, we offer individual housing contracts for all of our floor plans, so parents can rest easy knowing their students won’t be held responsible for their roommates' installment payments.
Students and parents can forget about stuffing their cars or trucks with heavy furniture. These Fayetteville apartments come move-in ready with modern furniture packages featuring all the creature comforts students need to live comfortably, at no additional cost. Every apartment also features an HDTV in the living room and each bedroom, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.
Whether your student wants to live alone or with roommates, we offer a wide selection of floor plan options to accommodate everyone. Residents can choose from studio apartments, one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom apartments, and four-bedroom apartments.
No roommates? Not a problem. We offer roommate-matching services, designed to pair students with similar interests and living preferences. There is nothing quite as uncomfortable as living with a stranger, but with roommate matching, students have a better chance of becoming friends and living peacefully.
Today’s tech-savvy, always-connected students will feel right at home here. For the convenience of our residents, we offer high-speed Internet with each of our apartments, so students never have to worry about slow or interrupted online connections when browsing, researching, binge-watching, or staying in touch with their parents.
There is no reason for students to live uncomfortably while in college. Unlike with dormitories, residents at our Fayetteville apartments enjoy their own private bedrooms and bathrooms for the best student living experience. Residents also enjoy full-size kitchens equipped with energy-efficient appliances.
Time is of the essence while attending college, which is why our community is conveniently located just steps away from the University of Arkansas’ main campus. Students can skip the car or bus ride and get to their classes on time. We are also just a few blocks away from the Dickson Street Entertainment District, which offers plenty of popular shops and restaurants.
The Academy was designed from the ground up with the needs of college students in mind. We have plenty of amenities for residents to concentrate on their studies, including bridge lounges with private and group study spaces available, fully equipped with Mac and PC computers; as well as complimentary, 24/7 printing.
When it’s time to take a break from the books, our residents can always find a place to unwind and recharge. Our community features include a 24/7 fitness center; resort-style, pool; outdoor lounge areas and courtyards with a sound system and free Wi-Fi; and a game room equipped with pool table, shuffleboard, foosball table, and Roku system.
The safety of our residents is a top priority at The Academy. Students and parents alike have peace of mind knowing our community features private locks on each bedroom door, as well as a controlled-access, six-story parking garage with limited scooter/moped parking and covered bicycle racks. Our on-call staff is also available 24/7, so we’re always ready to address residents’ needs.
